Our beef tallow is sourced from local farms that implement the best animal husbandry practices. We carefully select suet from grass-fed cows to ensure a vitamin-rich product. Our suet is rendered slowly in our farm kitchen to preserve the integrity and benefits of tallow, while minimizing any unwanted scent. After triple filtering, we allow the tallow to slowly cool to room temperature, resulting in a smooth texture.
